Farmzie makes refunds easy! To refund an order simply tap on Orders then find then tap on the order you want to refund. Once the order details load, use your finger to scroll to the bottom and tap on Refund. Then simply enter the amount you want to refund and we'll automatically notify the customer and send them the refund.

Refunding the whole order? Cancel an Order instead and we'll refund the whole amount back to the customer.

You can also use the Edit Order feature to remove items from an order, when you're done the difference will be refunded back to the customer.

All refunds should post to the customer's card within two business days.
