Q: How do I go to my Farmzie website to see how customers view it?
A: Go to your Farm Profile within the App. In the section for your farm name and address, you'll see a link to your farm just below!
Q: I changed my farm name and want the website address to reflect that change, what do I do?
A: Just contact us with your farm name and desired website name and we'll change it for you.
Q: Where do I go if I need to change my password or bank account information?
A: You can change that information in the Settings section of the App.
Q: Can more than one person manage the same Farmzie account from their phone?
A: Yes! Just go to the Settings section of the App and tap on "Users". Here you can enter in another phone number to "invite" someone else to manage the same account.
Q: How do I make sure the App is up to date?
A: Go to the App store on your phone and tap on the "Updates" button in the bottom right hand corner. It will tell you what Apps of yours you need to update!
